Hi! I'm Kellie!

I'm that girl who fell in love with the city, but my heart will always hold strong to that Up North, Minnesotan charm. Design trends, vintage goodies and holistic styling techniques are just a few elements that I love to wield from my creative wheel. My design aesthetic can be described as a refreshingly modern style with an endlessly classic influence. I believe when our surroundings are equally beautiful, functional, and comfortable, we naturally lead happier lives. Speaking of lives, I am a wife, a mama of two handsome little boys, and I also have a goldendoodle who thinks that she's the favorite child. I knew I wanted to be an interior designer since I was in 6th grade and then went off to college to get my Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Minnesota. I have been doing freelance design and retail design for the last 8 years. I also believe that everyone deserves to love their space and that good design can be created at any price point. My focus is to ensure that the personalities and lifestyle are always reflected in the spaces I design. Making every design custom, I like to mix style expressions, adding old with new, bold with subtle, and bringing the comfort and tradition of the past into the present. I enjoy styling and adding unexpected elements to a room. Finding that one quirky piece that gives the perfect finishing touch is all part of the fun experience.
